Mr. Berenzweig is a partner of Albo & Oblon, LLP, one of the fastest growing firms in Virginia, and is the Director of the firm's Civil Division. In addition to leading and managing the firm's business, litigation and transactional practice, Mr. Berenzweig has lectured in various seminars, on topics including advanced employment law, corporate law, litigation, the formation and operation of businesses, and government contracts. Mr. Berenzweig practices in the state and federal courts of Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and has also litigated matters in other courts located in various parts of the United States.
Mr. Berenzweig's diverse business and litigation background includes a broad array of cases in various state and federal courts on behalf of individual and institutional clients. His experience includes leading a litigation team of attorneys in the multi-jurisdiction collection of a large judgment against a Washington, D.C. business and its directors. His cases have involved complex and cutting edge legal issues, such as the use of computer data obtained from seized computers to enforce multi-million dollar judgments. He is one of the only attorneys in the Washington, D.C. area to have obtained a full offer of judgment from a major federal agency in discrimination litigation, and he has been covered by print media in significant victories including one of the largest reverse discrimination judgments against the federal government. Mr. Berenzweig has been listed as one of the top attorneys in the Washington metropolitan area in Washingtonian Magazine, and has the highest rating of "AV" in Martindale Hubbell for legal ability and ethics.
